We firmly believe that without the soft skills taught in our WORK-4aLiving Job Skills, and entrepreneurship Programmes, hard skill “certificate programmes” are ineffective. This has been the largely unsuccessful approach of some governments and many humanitarian organisations. The individual’s attitude towards work needs to be addressed first.

Our aim is to influence the people of our country and our continent by providing training in the areas of SELF-
GOVERNANCE and RESPONSIBILITY; in the process addressing the Poverty Mindset which so limits our people.

Learners are required to complete a 40 hour workshop, called WORK-4aLiving.

Topics includes:

Work Ethic
Financial Literacy
Professionalism
Time Management
Saving
Service Excellence
Communication
Financial Danger Areas (HP's etc.)
Self Esteem
Loyalty
